    Save the Date!

    NHRID & New England Deaf & Hard of Hearing Ministry are offering a winter workshop on the Alexander Technique, which is a method of identifying ergonomic changes we can make to correct postural habits. This method can be used for any daily activity but is particularly useful in preventing and correcting consequences of repetitive motion.

    When: Saturday, February 8,2020
    Where: Trinity Baptist Church, 3 Lund RD, Nashua, NH. Plenty of Free parking on site!
    Time: 9am-12noon
